Analytics notebooks balloon quickly. Managers skim, catch one alarming chart, and schedule a follow-up that nobody prepared for.

Start with a one-paragraph context box: data freshness, known gaps, and what decision you need. Follow with at most two visuals tied to that decision. If you need more, link out.
