Identifiers (name, email, phone), professional context (company, role), billing references where applicable, technical data (IP, device type, cookie IDs), and communications you send via forms or email.

3. Purposes

We process data to respond to inquiries, administer cohorts, improve site reliability, comply with law, and send operational notices related to services you requested.

4. Legal Bases

Processing rests on contract performance (enrollment), legitimate interests (security, analytics where opted-in), and consent where required (non-essential cookies/marketing).

5. Retention

Enrollment records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus statutory periods. Marketing contacts are retained until withdrawal. Logs rotate according to security policy.

6. Sharing

We use processors (hosting, email delivery, survey tools) under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
